The award winning SMRT.bio Total Talent platform supports through WIN women who have the passion to become entrepreneurs to set up their own company and to create job opportunities for members of the community as a whole.
Our well-thought-through platform and concept allows participants: to define their passion, strengths and competencies; to connect with the four key players of the labour market (Region, Individuals, Employers and, Education); to have access to re-skilling and up-skilling; to be coached by our professional staff; and, to join and engage with a global community.

We make use of experiences gained in Berlin by InnovationLabs where we have supported 700+ international students to develop entrepreneurial skills.
WIN project was started after we first did smaller projects to test the market. Now, we have all assets for further roll-out. WIN is supported by United Nations Development Program.
The SMRT.bio platform automatically matches each participant with personal learning advice and career opportunities including setting up their own company.
